With one game remaining in the T20I series, India defeated Bangladesh by an overwhelming 86 runs in New Delhi, securing a 2-0 victory. India's greatest T20I victory over Bangladesh was secured by Nitish Reddy's all-around performance, which included a critical 108-run combination with Rinku Singh to help India to a commanding 221 over them. The two highlights of India's innings were Rinku's explosive 53 off 26 balls and Reddy's first-ever fifty off just 27 balls. The two were dominant against the spin attack of Bangladesh, hitting several sixes, particularly off Rishad Hossain, who gave up 24 runs in one over. With some late- game runs from Hardik Pandya and Riyan Parag, India easily passed 200. Even with a couple wicket losses towards the end of the innings, 221 was more than enough for India.
Bangladesh's chase evaporated rapidly in response. Bangladesh collapsed as Arshdeep Singh and Washington Sundar took significant early wickets, while Varun Chakaravarthy and Abhishek Sharma joined the fray. The visitors' only highlight was Mahmudullah's 41, but other than that, they couldn't compete with India's all-around bowling effort.
